Position Overview:
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete project management of new implementations, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of Resuscitation Quality Improvement Program (RQI) solutions. This role manages the projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. The Implementation Project Manager ensures timely delivery, adherence to scope, and quality outcomes while maintaining strong communication and coordination across teams.
Position Holder is Accountable For:
· Managing and leading cross-functional projects for new implementations, from initiation to completion.
· Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
· Developing and maintaining detailed project plan and schedules
· Identifying and mitigating project risks while resolving issues that arise during execution.
· Facilitating regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and leadership.
· Monitoring and tracking project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
· Coordinating communication between teams and departments to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
· Evaluating project outcomes and recommending improvements to processes and methodologies.
· Ensuring control, predictability, and quality in all implementations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
· Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Salesforce) and self-directed learning of new platforms and solutions.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make decisions based on data and insights.
· Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $80,000 to $85,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
