Position Overview:
Lead the commercial growth of AHA/non‑AHA digital programs across APAC, LATAM, and MENA (including UAE and KSA) through a partner‑led model—accelerating the transition from ILT to Blended, HeartCode Complete (HCC), and RQI at scale. Co‑own new ARR and renewals with in‑country teams and partners; run a disciplined operating rhythm (pipeline, forecast, QBRs); and coordinate multi‑region partners and pricing/exception governance in partnership with the Senior Director, International.
Position Holder is Accountable For:
Commercial growth & new account acquisition:
- Own the international new‑business development in partnership with in‑country teams and distributors/partners; build, qualify, and advance a multi‑quarter pipeline across APAC, LATAM, and MENA.
- Co‑own ARR, renewals and subscription targets with field/partner leaders; deliver scalable plays to increase HCC/RQI adoption and expansions.
Partner go‑to‑market & enablement:
- Run the partner operating rhythm (weekly pipeline syncs, quarterly reports, shared targets, and forecast hygiene).
- Maintain one commercial owner per partner in each region; for multi‑region partners, coordinate ownership and terms with the Senior Director.
- Launch enablement playbooks and integrated campaigns in collaboration with International Marketing (positioning, demand, launch execution).
Deal leadership & pricing governance:
- Lead proposals and negotiations; propose commercial terms and escalate pricing/discount exceptions above threshold to the Senior Director for approval.
- Ensure compliance with internal approval workflows and documentation standards.
Forecasting & operating cadence:
- Drive weekly pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and forecast hygiene with partners and in‑country teams.
- Lead/participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide quarterly reporting on performance metrics.
Customer success & adoption outcomes:
- Ensure implementation quality and measurable customer outcomes with partner leadership; remove barriers to adoption, expansions, and renewals.
- Capture market feedback to inform pricing, packaging, and the Alliance portfolio roadmap.
Regional coverage & collaboration:
- Establish predictable regional coverage, including two late‑day APAC office‑hours blocks/week and quarterly field rotations (batched travel).
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with International Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product/Portfolio teams.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for otherwise highly qualified candidates in lieu of a degree.
- 10 years combined relevant business/field/sales/marketing or related experience.
- Clear and effective English communication skill, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel up to 40% (domestic & international) to Central and South America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East including United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based on business needs; flexible hours for regional coverage (APAC late‑day).
- Spanish bilingual preferred; Portuguese proficiency a plus; APAC cultural fluency a plus; Arabic proficiency a plus.
- Experience driving partner‑led growth, pricing/discount governance, and multi‑country commercial agreements for subscription‑based digital programs preferred.
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $130,000 to $140,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
