Position Overview:
The Program Marketing Manager, International, is at the forefront of expanding the international adoption of the Alliance Resuscitation Portfolio, which helps healthcare providers master life-saving skills. The Program Marketing Manager, International is responsible for the effective development, strategy, and implementation of international marketing initiatives for the portfolio, including programs such as Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, HeartCode, and more.
Position Holder is Accountable For:
This role is accountable for developing and implementing marketing plans, campaigns and tactics to drive growth and success in international markets. This position will collaborate with local marketing resources in each country to ensure successful program launches, branding, positioning, sales enablement, demand generation, and customer impact. Ultimately, this work will help impact more lives saved globally.
- Provide leadership on growth strategies and market specific short- and long- term plan and tactics for the assigned regions.
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in the assigned regions
- Coordinate Program Launches & Communication: Oversee the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, launch execution, and coordination with local marketing managers and local channels within the assigned regions.
- Drive Market Campaigns & Activities: Generate and nurture leads, acquire new customers, and maintain existing ones to meet financial and subscriber goals for the Alliance Resuscitation portfolio in assigned regions.
- Develop marketing collateral, content and tools: Create promotional materials, sales support documents, and tools to effectively promote the Alliance Resuscitation portfolio in designated regions.
- Provide training and support: Equip international sales teams with the training and resources needed to successfully sell the Alliance Resuscitation portfolio
- Develop & Coordinate Digital Marketing Initiatives: Work with local marketing managers to plan and execute digital marketing activities, including webinars, social media campaigns, digital ads, and email outreach.
- Support Localization Efforts: Adapt and localize marketing materials (e.g., flyers, presentations) and repurpose content developed by RQI Partners, AHA, and Laerdal for specific regional needs.
- Execute Account-Based Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement local account-based marketing campaigns in collaboration with local marketing managers, where applicable.
- Provide Channel-Specific Support: Assist with program-specific, channel-specific, and pricing-related support for international teams.
- Track & Measure Marketing Performance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI.
- Conduct Market & Customer Research: Continuously monitor industry trends and customer insights to maintain a deep understanding of market needs and opportunities.
- Leadership & Team Collaboration: Demonstrate leadership and collaborate effectively as a member of cross-functional field and marketing teams to deliver outcomes that align with functional and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Embedded Marketing & Sales Resources: Work closely with embedded marketing, sales, and support
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in a relevant subject e.g. business or marketing.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with International markets (outside the US).
- Ability to travel 30%, domestic & international, depending on business needs is required for this role. Specific regions for travel include, but are not limited to, North/Central/South America, Middle East, Europe and Asia Pacific.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
- Background with healthcare field, medical devices, hospital market and/or related educational programs for healthcare settings preferred.
- Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese and or French highly desired.
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $95,000 to $100,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
